Storage problems

So I recently got a 250gb intel 600p m.2 drive and was going to migrate my os over to it using paragon well when I went to do that i was unable because my 1tb hdd is too full so I was thinking about just clearing everything on it but my os and start from scratch as I don't have anything that I can't redownload from the internet but idk how to go about doing that so any comments would help if there is an easier way to do this let me know please and thank you

Borrow an large enough HDD, or external HDD. Copy them files to that 2nd place, and free up space. Bob might not be your uncle, but it will work.
