Which cooler :/

I need a new CPU cooler as my current one is inadequate. I want air-cooling, and Noctua would be preferable, but if there's a really obvious better-value one withing my budget ($120), that would be awesome but I can't think of any that cool better than Noctua

Everyone is gonna tell you NH-D14 is the best. And in my opinion as long as you have the space for it get it. $120 is quite a big budget in terms of CPU coolers.

For 120 $ you can get a NH-D14 , if you don't mind its size.

BeQuiet! Dark Rock Pro 2 cools almost as well, but with a slightly better value and being a decent bit quieter. And it is SEXY; That Black-Nickel and Brushed Aluminium is a killer combo.

Case/RAM restrictions? If not, D14, if yes U14S has pretty good performance to money.
