Light/dark lines appearing over windows

Morning!
Just discovered an interesting issue on my samsung SE790c ultrawide - sort of white and darker lines extending up from the edges of any light window.
Somewhat like ghosting but not quite the same.
This is the first I've noticed it, and I just updated the GPU drivers yesterday. Running a Titan XM and a 1050ti(this is the display card).

This is the best evidence I could gather - the issue can be seen above the scroll bar as a darker line as I move it side to side. The white line(s) can also be seen above the edge of the window as I move it.
 

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
