You must not have used 75Hz before. It's WAY better than 60Hz. Everything is a lot smoother. I go so far as to set the school's computers to 75Hz mode.

In my opinion i would opt out of a xeon, and switch to some unlocked processor, just for the reason of prolonging the lifespan of the product by oc'ing it in the future.

Agreed. The Xeon isn't needed for things like what you want.

Not really not needed. It's a quad core with HT for less the price of an i7.

Core count isn't everything even though i7 is costlier than xeon it performs a lot better. For gaming core count isn't everything games utilise more clock speed more than core count and xeons have more cores and less clock speed.

I never said it was better than i7. It is however better than an i5. The extra threads will help him more with streaming.

For simultaneous streming and gaming xeon is good.

If you're going to make gaming vids, you probably want more than 1TB storage. You can pickup like a 3TB for $90, or a 2TB for $70. I personally would go for the 3TB one.

For me its showing that ssd is in stock. For his budget I can't add a good psu that EVGA one is not that bad might be mediocre but is better than others in that price range maybe spending 5-8$ extra EVGA 500b or Corsair 500w builder psu is better than this? If yes then I'll change it. Spending 20$ will give a MSI Armor 8GB OC card. It might cost 30-40$ over his budget but should be good. So I'll change the build but in confusion whether to go with EVGA or Corsair psu. I select EVGA 500B which I found out is pretty good one.

How about this one:https://pcpartpicker.com/list/49KKd6

I changed PSU, GPU (Not the card but brand as previous one might heat up a bit and might be noisy), and SSD. Rather than going with that Kingston SSD with is SATA based go with ADATA M.2 ssd which not be equal with other M.2 ssds but is better than SATA SSDs. Overall it costs 40$ more but it gives you less noise and less gpu temps and also a bit better SSD.

If you want to take risk then go with a cheap AsRock or ASUS H110 chipset board which will save 20-25$. It is risky as these motherboards may or may not support this CPU out of the box. If no then try requesting the seller to check and flash the latest version of bios if not installed or borrow your friend's skylake cpu if he is having one.
