So 7 days ago i bought a ssd and reinstalled windows on my pc. After i updated all the drivers i jumped into some gaming and noticed that i was getting 5-10 fps in Cs-Go and Dota 2 and other games that don't tax the GPU a lot.
After look for the problem i noticed that my GPU clock was at 202 mhz at all times. I tryed to install older drivers and reinsall windows a couple of times but this did not help. My GTX 1060 is still geting 5-10 fps in Cs Go,
My specs:
GTX 1060 3GB
I-5 6600k
16 gigs of Ram

I Trued asking for help on many forums and the things i did where:
1. Used Displey Driver Uninstal and install older drivers.
2. Reinstall WIndows, use older windows version.
3. Trued to flash the Vbios.
____
Also i used a GTX 950 in the same system and the games and boost worked perfectly and did not crash. Talked to a Nvidea representetive and they did not help. Told me to preforma a stress test when the GPU only runs at 202.5 Mhz and does not want to run higher.
_________
If someone knows anything that might help please help me.

have you tried taking the card out reinstalling it and making sure all power connectors are connected right? also try a different power cable if you have one. this also reminds me of a time when i tried to overclock my memory on one of my old gpus and then it sort of crashed while gaming and the card under-clocked itself.

Have you used any tool like Afterbuerner to force a higher clock?

Edit: Also, have you made sure the GPU is properly connected to the PSU? Maybe the cable got loose when you installed the SSD. It won't be able to perform well with only the power from the PCI.

Have you tried to check in the bios if the dedicated GPU is working? Maybe it is paired with the integrated one or the pci express is not set properly in the bios.

Also try to reach your normal clock with msi afterburner.

It seems weird that it would suddenly break just because you installed an SSD in your system.  In any case, if you're positive the card is broken then you should RMA it while you can.
