PSU change to a Seasonic SSP instead

A GTX 1050 maybe

change the i3 to a G4560 if the h110 board has the kabylake bios and spend the money on a better psu and a gtx 1050ti/rx 470. also, the gtx 1050/ti are both better than the 460, get those instead.

Drop the SSD, and upgrade either your CPU or GPU.  In budget builds such as these I find an SSD to not really be worth it because every dollar counts.  Would you rather have faster boot times or better performance?

I was under the impression that it didn't only affect boo times but games open more quickly and so did other applications.

They do, but in the long run, you'll regret not dropping it and getting , say, a mid range i5.
