change the i3 to a G4560 if the h110 board has the kabylake bios and spend the money on a better psu and a gtx 1050ti/rx 470. also, the gtx 1050/ti are both better than the 460, get those instead.

I was under the impression that it didn't only affect boo times but games open more quickly and so did other applications.
