So ive been reading up on the rumours and leaks surrounding the upcoming AMD Vega cards and their placement in the market seems interesting to say the least.

The top Vega card looks like it will be much better than the Titan XP or the 1080Ti which will most likely make it too expensive for the average user.

The 2nd best Vega card tho, looks to be a sweet spot between the 1080 and the 1080Ti. Since 2kliksphilip has shown us how a 1080 cant truly run games at the highest possible settings

in 1080p and the 1080Ti is too much but still too little for a true stable 4K experience, this Vega card seems to be the best of the bunch.

It really depends on how will AMD price these cards and if they actually deliver on all these promises and trailers with big numbers.

The 1080Ti seemed atleast as a good future proof piece of hardware, after a while i realized that once HBM2 and High Bandwith Cache become the industry standard in the near future, it´ll seem nearly obsolete.

In conclusion, AMD might just have the next big thing on the horizon but it is not worth waiting 3months for the upgrade as the recent price drop of the 1080s place it just 100€ above the 1070 and 250-350€ under the 1080Ti´s price.

I just wanted to put my thoughts into words, but tell me your opinions guys, ill be closely monitoring this thread.
