Gpu clock speeds

Ok im having a bit of a debate here, im wondering if gpu clockspeed(cpu of the card) has any affect on the games performance.Or do games just depend on gpu memory?

They depend on both, but mostly GPU speeds

Yes increasing your core clock will make games run better, overclocking the memory will also gain FPS.

RX 460 2GB, GTX 1050 2GB or GTX 1050Ti 4GB.

For arround 120 $, for weak gaming, only one monitor

It is the other way around. GPU clock speed gives massive difference on gaming performance, GPU memory speed, minimal, even 0 if not overclocked by A LOT
