I strongly recomend not getting an FX series CPU. They are horribly outdated, and with ryzen 5 coming sometime soon, it makes no sense to invest in outdated hardware.

edit - why does your case cost more than your cpu???

Also is their any way I can get a cheap windows 10 os I have been looking at a website called kinguin

Cheapest is going to be either getting it from kinguin or r/MicrosoftSoftwareSwap. That being said, there is a risk of scams or getting illegitimate software, i would recommend purchasing from Microsoft directly.
