this is a general guideline the price in india will be different.

so in summary

buy an i5. a b250 mobo, 

1x8 gb 2400mhz ram stick,

1tb hdd or a 120gb/250gb ssd

for gpu gtx 1060 6gb or rx 480 8gb (which one is cheaper make sure the rx 480 have a decent cooler)
