Help finding a power bank.

So it has been hard finding a power bank that suits my features, and the features I want are simple, but yet hard to find. I would like one for under $100 dollars too.

 

- 7,000 mAh or more

- Two USB ports

- Flashlight

- (Optional) Rugged

- From a trusted brand

Yes, it does. But, I would like to have my power bank to have a flashlight because in case of those dire situations when I need light, I have power to do so.

Tomo V8-4 and 4 samsung INR18650-30Q's or panasonic NCR18650B, around 12Ah and costs like £25 and has the benefit of knowing which cells are in there.

And buy a 5th Cell to put in an 18650 flashlight.

...but the power bank would charge the phone, so really, if you're using it properly your phone would never be dead.

Having that as a requirement greatly reduces your options.

There are power banks with flashlights, and dual usbs. I don't really think you searched enough.
