Is the XFX TS Series 550W 80 Plus Gold good enough for this build?

 

motherboard - Gigabyte B250M-DS3H
cpu - Intel Core i5-7600
graphics card - Gigabyte GeForce GTX1060 6GB G1 Gaming
ram - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-2133MHz (2x8GB)
hdd - Western Digital Blue 1TB
ssd - SanDisk SSD Plus 120GB
case - Deepcool Dukase V2

i would recommend a power supply from be quiet! (it's a tier 1 power supply)

Yes go for it. It's a tier 2 PSU.

It's a good power supply and would be more than plenty for your system. It's Seasonic G / S12G unit internally.

If you are looking for a possible alternative, can you provide a link to stores you can buy from, so I can see what's available to you for what price?

While BeQuiet! does indeed sell quality product, they are still a company that sells them in a wide range of qualities to target specific segments / price point. You can't generalized the entire brand as "tier 1", but rather judge them on a unit by unit basis.
