Silicon Processor or Graphene Processor?

Hi all,

My name is Xander, I'm an Australian student in my senior year of high school. 

As part of the Australian Curriculum I need to take part in a Research Project; a compiled folio of information to answer an open ended question. 
I am looking into Silicon Processor Technology and what limits it has, how far it can be taken and what are future contenders for Processor materials. 
A segment of the folio is an interview with a professional, and I see the community here as a large enough pool to be considered professional. My main reason for the email is to ask if you'd like to answer 10 short questions as this would greatly aid my Research Project (attached as a Word Document)

BTW you should use google forms. It is free and collects all the data in a spreadsheet

If no one on here ends up helping with this I would suggest getting in contact with one of the big universities in Australia and look to speak to someone in engineering and computer science who is conducting research on CPU's. It is very likely you will get someone that will be able to answer what you need and even give you more information that you need.
