Questions on cpu

Can I start a computer without a cpu fan? How do I know if lga 1151 cpu pins aren't bent (top/right section)? And ez dbug is showing a light on cpu and vram. Meaning?

It goes from vram to cpu. Back to cram and stays solid

You can start w/o a cpu fan but only for few seconds as it will overheat and can damage your CPU

make sure your ram is in the correct slots. some boards are REALLY FINICKY about where the RAM is when it's not full.

You look at them. if they don't look like the others around it, there's something wrong. and they are probably bent.

Then it's all good. I swapped the ram around and the same flickering back and forth continues.

Please don't try to start a computer without a cooler on your CPU. It absolutely totally under all circumstances needs one.

If i were you just put a cooler on without thermal paste but use your time wisley.

Not really to see if a computer will boot is the only cirrcumstance that you don't need a cooler.
