Where is the cheapest place to buy windows? I know there is sites online that sell keys but are they reliable? If anyone can share a couple links for trust worthy keys I would appreciate it! Thank you!

Your safest bet would be to buy from Microsoft directly. Alternatively, you can try r/MicrosoftSoftwareSwap, but keep in mind, there is a very real chance of getting scammed.

Kinguin or Reddit MicrosoftSoftwareSwap both are both ok. Although if you want to be 100% sure, just buy a key from Microsoft.
