Windows Crashes on Shutdown

When i shut down my pc sometimes it crashes and then reboots. I have cleared CMOS but that didn't fix it and i have recently reinstalled windows as it was corrupt. Any suggestions?

Try disabling Fast Startup. I've had it cause more issues than help.

 

Power Options -> Choose What the power buttons do.

Should i also disable MSI fast boot?

I'm guessing that's a MSI specific feature...unless you mean the BIOS Fast boot?

I did that and it still crashes. I may contact microsoft when i can face it as they have solved all the issues I have had before
