What's it for? The CPU is more expensive than the GPU, I would look at re-arranging that..

The Ryzen 1700 is a great CPU, and it'll have no problems with the RX 480, but the pair isn't the fastest with a budget like yours. If you're only gaming then a cheaper Intel CPU would be better, at least until AMD releases their cheaper Zen CPUs (In Q2 of 2017..)

 

An i5 and a better graphics card would benefit your performance lots.

I changed the CPU and motherboard to something cheaper, but still great. I changed the Power Supply to something cheaper, but it's still a good PSU. I changed the SSD you had to a larger M.2 SSD. I also removed the $89 OEM Windows license, since you can purchase OEM Windows for much cheaper ($20 or so.) The whole build is cheaper.

 

A quick question- why the Rosewill add-in card? Seems kinda strange.
