2 gamers on pc

I am trying to work out how I can play a game with my friend on my PC. I have 1 pc, 2 monitors and 2 sets of keyboards/controllers. So I want to launch rocket league on my first monitor for me to play and then my friend can launch he's rocket league on my second monitor. Is there some software or something that can do this? I would think someone has made this by now.
