looking for pc parts

hi all i want to build my old pc that was my first build but i do not remember the mobo specific number so need pics for memory help.

it was a pc partner board that had 1 pciex16 slot 1 pciex1 slot and 5 pci slots 2 ddr slots(could do 184pinddr2 ram) sockect 754 board

this was a used board in 2006 when i bought it
