RX 480 Visual Glitch

So today I bought and MSI RX 480 Gaming X and have had the visual glitch occur to me whenever it sits idle, any help?

Check the integrity of your display cables. Does this happen in the BIOS or just in windows?

Just in windows, and it happenes to both of my monitors, one being DVI and the other HDMI

Return it and get a new one or RMA it. Looks like something is wrong with the gpu hardware wise.

woah! That's nuts!

 

make sure you have the latest drivers installed. If it only happening in windows, that leads me to think it's a software thing. And either way if you try to rma it, they'll ask you to do the same thing.

 

after all that, if it still not working, the Yes RMA the card, and tell them that you are running the latest drivers.

I bought it at microcenter, so I'm going to replace it in case it is the card
