Windows Server 2012 R2 Won't Boot!!

I need major HELP!!  i have a home domain and a server that runs my DNS and DHCP but i rebooted it because it has been a while sense i rebooted it and it booted like normal but i got some error about a memory violation and Explorer.exe kept restarting.  i ran a memtest and everything was fine but now Windows Server 2012 R2 no longer wants to boot.  i get the advanced boot options of the OS everytime and i cant seem to get it to boot.  i am running check disk now to see if that will help me but i would still like to get some ideas from you all.

Not really a "valid" test, run memtest for at least 12 hours and then make the judgement:)

no, no, no. run it OVERNIGHT. 'around 10 minutes' leads to it scanning around 32-128MB of your memory in the system, and that isn't all that's in there.

memtest cant really "give an all clear", all memtest can "prove" is that a fault has shown up, to get a really conclusive all clear out of memtest it's probably advisable to run it for a few hours at least.

does anyone know how to reinstall a server and repromote it as the primary server?  it looks like i am going to have to reinstall the server but i want to be able to reinstall it and have the fsmo roles and all the come back to the new install so that i can use this server as if nothing has happened.
