Fps Drops

Hey guys i am having issues with my Fps in Shooter games sutch as Counter-Strike Global Offensive, at one point i have 140-180 fps and then it drops down to below 30. Recently swapped my CPU fan out with a Cooler Master hyper tx 3 Evo and it helped it down to 75-90 C, where previously it was unstable 80-120 C, but i am still struggling with the massive frame drops, any idears and if i need to swap parts what parts ?

Did you properly install the cooler/thermal paste?

 

Seems to run awfully hot at such non-demanding titles.

Uhm did the usual Wipe off and replace it, didnt use the 72 alcohol, didnt have it when i replaced it.

Were the temps shown during load or idle?

How's the airflow in your case? RPM on the cooler?

I belive that ive only got 1 Fan that is a exit in fron of the case, other than that there is almost no space in there for the cpu fan atleast, like the air maybe a inch or 2 space from the Cpu fan to the top and to the Graphics card.

How have you placed the fan? Is it sucking air down from the GPU or is it on the side?

My recommendation would be placing the cooler in a way that it's sucking air from the front of the case, pushing it to the back.
