2nd question why my google chrome automatically show new website weird on new tab 'PGLZONE.RO' can this fully remove from my google chrome?

Try malware bytes. That error you are getting is pretty good sign. you shouldnt have Windows script host complain about .vbe files in that system folder

 

question 2 is your history of visiting a forum in romanian. It doesnt look sus to me just some Romanian language gaming forum. Maybe some guy accessed your computer remotely and then went to his favourite forum to boast about it? I wouldnt know coz you havnt given much information

i don't know what type of that language, so weird to me, this happen when i play counter strike extrem v6, now that game i already uninstall, i think that game caused me like this. so now i download malware bytes? can u give me link for download that software? please
