Some questions and possible request(s)

I found a (used?) i7-4770k on CEX (us.webuy.com) for $165. First, is this a good deal, assuming I will (try) to overclock it? If so, what is a good MITX, wifi motherboard that will support overclocking on the chip? Lastly, if all of this is worth it, what would be the best way to get this to London, Ontario, since it's out of stock everywhere (do CEX listing come back in stock?). Thanks for the help!

Oh, so it might not be worth it to get it shipped to Canada. If not, can you recommend any good used sites?

Its only a little CPU... What will kill you is import charges.

Yeah, I think it's a pretty good site. 2 YouTubers I watch (albeit smaller ones) use it without issues.

I can assure you that the only time that will come back in stock is if someone trades a 4770k in-store and it is updated in their db. 

I'm not sure about getting it shipped to Canada, and something says that it won't lead to anything
