Please be aware of scam software vendors who do not have a phone number or anyway to contact them except via email. I purchase Microsoft Office via web and was supposed to have a license download. This never happened! There is no license key for these downloads. This is a scam. When I asked for a phone number contact there were crickets. When I asked for a refund there was a nasty response. Buyer beware https://www.istarsoftware.com. They are not legitimate.

Just charge back or cancel it in paypal

I'm sorry to here you were scammed, but the number one way to avoid these kind of scams is to purchase from authorized retailers, like Microsoft themselves. Purchasing from any 3rd party (Reddit, other websites, etc) all carry the risk of scams.

Best way to not get scammed is to but from certified resellers, or just do a quick review search to see if they are ligitimate.
