Get a g4560 instead, the i3 7100 isn't worth it. But make sure the bios supports kabylake or find a place that can flash the bios for you. Get a cheaper case and focus the budget on something else.

i was told the g4560 bottlenecks the rx 480

I'm telling you I own the corsair air 240 and IT IS HELL TO WORK WITH, I hate it at this point it has annoyed me beyond belief and I hope to replace it soon.

Not really, there won't be too much of a bottleneck. The i3 7100 is also only clocked 400mhz faster which will only be very slightly faster at the most.
