My friend want to upgrade his computer , he already have the video card GTX 650 1 or 2 gb , not sure. and he have the harddrive

here is what i came up to. I want to know if with a build like that he can run mostly any game ? at low or better (he mainly play CSGO)

that should be good, if you play over 60 fps ultra or play games like bf 1 pick up an i7 in the future.

personally i'd get a 212 evo over the T2 and maybe an ssd if he doesn't already have one

I choosed T2 just because i don't want to use the stock cooler wich may be louder. And he don't want to put money in ssd , he don't care about his window loading time or game opening time haha

Well in that case, that build with a RX480 will be perfect, it would easily handle more or less any game at 1080p ultra, 60fps
