Details, please. What exactly is happening? Is your monitor turning on? Is it booting into BIOS? Is it making any noises/flashing an LED at you?

it's loading at some point where the windows logo shows up and shows the little dots doing the loading thingy forever

Are you on an SSD or HDD?

 

Have you tried reinstalling windows yet?
