I will go for g4560 + rx470 or i5 6400/7400 + gtx1060 6gb/rx480. Much better.

I would say the i5 and 470 is the better system.  Keep in mind you will probably keep the motherboard and CPU for a long time (3 to 5 years), while you may decide to upgrade your GPU in 1 to 2 years.

The 3GB GTX 1060.

Also won't the pentium g4560 bottleneck the rx 470?

depending on the game, always... If the game is about more cpu than gpu, then it will of course but if its more gpu than cpu, it will but less

and g4560 pairs better with 460/1050/1050ti since its a budget cpu

Also if anyone wants to know my full specs here they are. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/csTfGf

Ofcourse depending on what i decide i will change the cpu and gpu. Also the specs i put up therehas different ram so please keep that in mind.

cheaper ram with same performance, a lot better psu and instead of 320gb of memory, 1tb since its cheaper and its never worth getting less than 500gb as disk (and remember to quote us, or we wont recieve your answers)

Wasn't that other psu better? I mean it's a fully modular psu.

modular doesnt means that its better, such as 80+ ratings... A 80+ gold with cheap made components would be like a bomb in your computer, even there's 80+ bronze is better sometimes (depeding on the psu for sure). Modular psus are just for aesthetics, so never confuse as quality...

Also wasn't that ram better it had heat spreader. But forgive me if i'm wrong

same, ram with heat spreader are just aesthetics unless you're an overclocker, so you should get heat spreader for lower ram temps. Just like CPUs, if your processor temps are between 50-70ºC, they will perform the same
