You can not. You can only cut it on YouTube but if there are lots of views it will make a new copy of it

Hello guys so i uploaded video a week ago its 5min long but i dont like alot of things after 2:50, so can i trim it to 2:50 re-edit the deleted part and put it back there again without losing the existing views and likes? 

 

Is it possible?
