I'm looking to build my first pc after being with Xbox for 9 years and their customer service di* king me over.

My budget is £650 ($1200CAD $990USD)

I have two lines of thought.

Either an i5 7500 build https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/erridge92/saved/C9DMpg    total price £432.12 ($791.60CAD $655.52USD)

Or an i5 7600K build https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/erridge92/saved/Fb6P6h       total price £496.35 ($909.26CAD $752.95USD)

That leaves me with £215 ($394CAD $326USD) For a GPU on the 7500 build or £154 ($282CAD $234USD) For the GPU with the 7600K [I can go £20 {$35CAD $30USD} extra for an amazing GPU]

I have no room for a monitor so I'd be using my 43" 4K Samsung TV over HDMI as my screen. Ideally I'd like the closest resolution to 4K for gaming as possible and I'm ok with 60fps. I also want to be able to watch 4K Netflix/Amazon Prime/YouTube but that could probably be handled via on board graphics.

Also I have a 320GB HDD I can use from my old laptop for extra storage plus an external 1TB HDD I can reuse from my Xbox.

Any suggestions on a suitable graphics card would be greatly appreciated.

Also if you know of a reasonable mouse/keyboard (does not have to be RBG at all) that would be really cool too.

Go for the 7500, get a rx 480, and don't buy a aftermarket cooler. Also I doubt these cards cam run 4k@60

Theres essentially almost no way you can run demanding games @ 4k with a 200$ card, so i would suggest turning the resolution down to 1080 or 1440p when gaming.

Though you will have no problem with media consumption at 4k, gaming will definately be a problem unless you plan on playing very low spec games

This is probably your best option for sub £200 for the gpu.

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus-radeon-rx-480-dual-oc-8192mb-gddr5-pci-express-graphics-card-gx-40v-as.html

Or the 4GB version for £30 less.

You are not going to get 60fps at 4K though.
