I would like to have my PC on my desk sideways with the window facing towards you, but I would still like to conceal the cables coming from the back of the computer as much as possible. Any suggestions?

Zipties. Lots of zipties. on my build you can hardly see a cable, and my cable management isn't even that good. Just ziptie everything behind the motherboard.

Edit - misunderstood post, you meant cables coming from the back I think. Either make them pretty with cablemod.com or ziptie them into one larger cable and put tuck it away

cable sleeves maybe? or you can get your monitors to cockblock the cables so that they are hidden. I would recommend trying to hid it with your monitor if you can
