Kinguin Reliable?

Hi! Just one simple questions. Is Kinguin a trustworthy place to buy games on the cheap? I don't want to waste money when I can be saving it.

I've had a great experience with them with all my times buying games there.

I use PayPal though so if it is fraud they don't have my credit card info

How does paypal work? do i just put money in from a credit card? if so can i use prepaid cards? can i use prepaid cards for kinguin?
