Installing OS X mac problems

Hello, yesterday my girlfriend desided that se wantet to restart her mac. 

so she deleted the os. before reading what she was actually supposed to do.

 

and now when we try to reinstall the os it says objective not awailable. 

a quick google search told me that yosemite 10.10. is not awailable anymore. 

so now i ask. what can i do to install a OS on the mac again? 

i have understod that i have to make a bootable usb for the mac.

i have a windows 10 pc to do this with. but i cant figure out how too do it. 

or how to obtain the yosemite install files...

You have to create a bootable usb drive from a mac or hackintosh.
You can download the old OS files if you downloaded them before. They're not in the appstore anymore but you can find them in you purchases and than download 10.10

First question, how did she delete OSX? It won't allow to format your drive with the OS istalled on.

she did the cmd+f command when rebooting and did it via the OS-X Tool

 

When we try to re install it with the OS-X tool it says objective not awailable. so now i am stuck trying to restore a 10.10.3 version on a usb drive with another mac. but it fails the scan. that error message says objective busy
