2nd monitor suddenly blacked out

EYT

this morning i woke up and saw both of my monitors working perfectly

im coming back home and poof the 2nd one is blacked out

windows does detect it and i can move programs to it and from it but i cant see anything there

i tried this:
restart PC

disconnecting cable from both sides

changing sleep and hibernate settings to never sleep

switch off the screens as main and secondary in the display settings

changing resolution for the monitor

using the button on the monitor to close and open it

the last thing i did made the screen open up and showed me for a split second the screen with everything on it but then it went back to black instantly

any help?

Sounds like a backlight issue. What if you unplug the monitor power and wait a minute, then plug it back in? It might have overheated.
How old is the monitor? Does it have warranty left? Did you try the screen on other devices?

have you swapped the cable completely ?

i did not

though as i said

the monitor does show something (discord to be exact) for a split second after powering it on but then goes back to black

Sounds like a dead inverter but could be a dead cable

same as i said to the other one

it does show output just for some reason instantly blacks out after

swapping cheap and easy stuff is quicker and easier the either A) doing a RMA or B) replacing the who monitor.

also have you tried all the over outputs on the monitor as it could be a single bad port.

That's a symptom of a dead inverter, as shown near the end of this video:
