windows 10 black loading screen

hey all,

I need big help because I have no clue what to do anymore and youtube is not helping me. okay so 9/10 times i launch my computer it comes to a black loading screen, i gets past boot but when it hits the login screen it sh*t's it self and give me a black loading screen, I have no clue what to do and everything youtube has told me to do has not worked, there might be that one rear occasion were it will work but then if i restart it it will die. and its annoying because I was using my computer as normal (playing games, watch anime, youtube or Netflix) and it just shat it self about 4 days ago and i dont remember their being an update to anything on that day so please help me.

i can post photo and video evidence if need be

P,S the lack of a description is i have no fnk clue what is going on and using all the knowledge that i know about computers it just doesn't work for me

sae mode, reinstalling my graphics drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling my GPU but non of it worked D:::
