Hello, I like small cats too.  Especially with sweet and sour sauce.  What do you intend to do with this computer?  What games do you want to play?  What is your budget?  What country do you live in so we can find pricing and availability in your area?  Do you already have some hardware you'd like to reuse?  Help us help you.

Canada, I want triple 4k monitors with a 1080p vertical for web pages. I like "watching cats" and "reading".

Well you can want in one hand and...   You can finish that on your own.

There are no graphics cards that will push games to three 4k displays.  You might as well give that up.  And you want a 1080p vertical for web pages?  What do you plan on doing on the other three 4k displays?  Porn?

Doesn't Titan xp support 3 different 4k monitors or else SLI or crossfire is an option right?

Titan XP certainly does.  But even with Titan XP SLI you can't push 3x 4K displays at anything close to 60Hz with any modern game.  Unless all he really plans on doing is watching cats and reading web pages, in which case what the hell does he need 4 displays for, then there is nothing out there right now to push those frames.  The Titan XP is averaging 60FPS on ONE 4K display.  And I guarantee that two Titan XP does not mean twice the frames.  You might get 30% increase in performance with SLI.  ONE 4K display, YES.  ONE 4K display with a side monitor for "reading" (porn), CERTAINLY. Three 4K displays?  Come back in 3-5 years and ask again.

The 3 4k monitors aren't for gaming, they're for productivity as I "watch" stuff a lot and want to watch every single video every so I can have 4 videos running per monitor so that's 12 1080p videos as well as read stories on my vertical 1080p monitor and I have an old 720p tv that I'll use for sound.

I'm not trolling I seriously want triple 4k monitors for viewing and then I have a 144hz 1080p for gaming on the side already. I jsut found out my gtx 960 doesn't have enough displayports, so can anyone suggest the cheapest graphics card that allows 3 4k monitors and 1 1080p?

Can't OP buy a VR headset and make a virtual battleststion or smtn? Not sure if that's possible but it's a better idea than this :D

Are you kidding? The cat porn resolution would be terrible.

Better get ready to drop those dollars. Also, Just a tidbit, but If you want a bunch of screen real estate may I recommend getting dual ultrawide instead of a bunch of 4k panels? In my experience while 4k is nice you don't notice in gaming, or even most of the time. If you don't want to use ultrawide just get dual or triple 1080/1440 screens. Not to mention that A) no way in he'll your gaming on triple 4k with a 960, not even two B) three 4k monitors will be more expensive than your PC.

And BTW if you want to go 4k we're talking like $2000 pc and about $2000 on screens, before even peripherals, desk, etc. If you go all out it'll end up between 5000 and 6000 USD.

Tldr: Get a 1070/1080/1080ti and get two stacked ultrawide, or get one ultrawide with a 1080p screen on top.

Actually, I only want triple 4k monitors for screen real estate and it's proven to be much better for my eyes for the monitors I want to buy. I'm planning to spend $500 x3 4k bezelless monitors and 3 wall arm mounts. On sale, I saw good 4k monitors for just over $400, so it's possible to have triple. And my gtx 960 doesn't support 4k because gigabyte lol. I need a different gpu now, probably used.
