Help choosing between two builds

I need some help choosing between two diff configs, mainly for gaming (GTA V, B1 and Cities Skylines) 

 

First is this one with a gtx1080ti for 4k  60hz

 

Or this other for 1440p 144hz

For 1440p @ 144hz you basically need 1080's in sli if you want to utilize the refresh rate. I would go for the 4k build.

First off you are running super lean on storage. I'd consider adding a 1 tb hdd or going with a 512 gb ssd. Also if you are planning on overclocking the 1080 ti system you are going to run out of power supply quick. 900w would be the minimum I'd recommend.

I will use an old 2tb hdd I already have.

better said 1440p gsync 60hz+
