Need help on my ethernet

Setted up everything but still didn't work, i set ip manually, turned on DHCP And even DNS Manually flushed DNS ipconfig release ipconfig renew but still none of them works

instal ethernet drivers from your mobo's brand. i had the same problem and after downloading and installing the driver it worked

From the company which made it? Just google your motherboard model and download the associated drivers.
