This just happened to my computer early today when I tried to turn on my computer. I have no idea what's wrong with my system. Can someone help me out?

First of all, I was greeted with this message.

I did not do any extensive overclocking on my computer besides the memory upgrade that I did nearly a year ago with the assistance of community here. Everything has been working fine until today.

Then, I press any key to continue. The system restarted itself and issue started to occur. It keeps on restarting non-stop (see video below) until I hold the power-off button. No matter what I do, I'm still stuck in the same screen.

Things that I have tried:

1) Tried to enter BIOS but unable to do so.

2) Remove the previously installed memory.

3) Remove all the secondary hard disks with only boot drive attached.

4) Double check if all the cables and RAM are plugged in correctly and tightly.

5) Remove all USB cables besides keyboard and mouse.

My computer spec:

Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge
Gigabytes Z68X-UD3P-B3
Corsair Vengeance 8GB or 16GB
Asus Strix GTX960
Kingston HyperX SSD 240GB
Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 800W

Just tried to clear the CMOS by shorting the jumper in motherboard as per instructions in user manual.

The issue is still there.

By the way, I'm not able to enter the BIOS using "DEL" key. The system restarts itself before having the chance to enter.

Did you try each stick at a time? Not 100% clear as to what you did for this.

Yes. I did. I tested the memory stick one-by-one.

Previously the memory was only 8GB. The only upgraded memory to 16GB last year with the guidelines from the members at https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/617177-pc-unstable-after-increasing-ram-from-8-to-16gb/.
