I looked it up and it does seem to exist, but it's one of those deals where they don't market it or anything, so nobody really knows it exists lol.

this is a picture of the card that i have a then a picture that i got for a 9260, i dont know if in right but the 9264 has 3 chips where the 9260 has 5 ??Capture.PNGFront.jpg

The card you have is an IBM M5014,  Its an OEM version on the LSI 9260, but with only 256MB of RAM rather than 512MB, which is why there are blank pads where the extra two memory chips go. 

It is common to flash them with the LSI version of the firmware.
