Resident evil 7 Freezing

Hello guyz...i abit confuse about the Resident evil 7 keep freezing but sometimes playable, no matter what settings i on to...

My Pc Specs

Intel Xeon X3330 2.67ghz Quad core

4gb 1333mhz ram

Sapphire hd 7770 Vapor-X edition

I watch some videos about some low end pc like Intel Core 2 Duo can manage to run it... even with weaker GC(of cuz lower settings) but they seems pretty smooth,I wonder why
