New PC Keeps Turning Off

My new PC will turn on for about 10 seconds, no picture will come on, and then turn off. Could have possibly missed something in the build of the computer, not entirely sure, but I am completely lost at the moment. Was able to turn it on to access the bios the first time, but cannot get to that point again
