Are you running latest bios version? Ik msi and Asus am4 boards are a bit iffy currently.

What's you're ambient temperature at? Low 70's is decent considering they oc themselves. Could explain volt spikes too.

Ryzen chips have sensors per core.  What you're getting is the hottest point on the chip for single number report.  I usually have a difference between the motherboard report and Ryzen Master of about 15 to 20 degrees difference
