cant reset my computer i cant reset

i broke my mobo which was msi and i know i have an asrock pros4 my pc booted but then i got the blue screen i think old msi software is interefering i want to do  a clean install but when i tried to reset from trouble shooting it said there is a problem i dont know what to do i just want to wipe all my drives but it wont let me

if you boot into windows installation media you can wipe your drives from there

Since Reseting is basically re-installing Windows, you can opt to reinstall it from an install media.

how do i boot into installation media and qipe the drives and i installed custom waterloop the went to asrock.com to get the drivers then i got the blue screen then when i turned it on it just says windows didnt boot properly then it keeps trying to reset

Do you have a thumbdrive or a DVD with windows?

Then boot into it. During startup you have to press a key on your keyboard (usually F12) to get into boot devices, and choose your thumbdrive from the list. You can format your drives during the installation process.
