origin games

so hey guys

i have about 400GB of games from origin and i have recently reinstalled windows onto my SSD but the games are on a seperate drive but orgin shows i have to redownload them, and this will probably take about a week to do so, i have told origin where the games are, is there a fix for this or not?

With Steam, if you press download and the game is already there it just starts seeing the game and you don't have to download it all over again. Not sure if Origin does that too.

Some origin games do and dont :/ which is incredibly annoying since ill have to redownload atleast 100GB
