Overclocking i5-4670k help?

hello, i have decided to overclock my i5-4670k, i have an dark rock pro 3 cooler and gigabyte z97x-gaming 5 motherboard. i was wondering if anyone have some experience with this chip and let me know what mid range overclock would be for this chip also the near max, also if you know of any software that you can overclock from i would like to know. because i have to reset my bios if im going to overclock via bios.
