For your ram, dont go with 1x8, better to go with 2x4 for reasons i dont understand but its true.

I was planning on get 16gbs of ram and a 240 ssd, but I don't have that money right now.

yup i can see, a 470 paired with a i5 6400 will give you good results in 1080p 60fps.

You can use the free version of windows 10 if you're on a strict budget such as this, it would turn your pentium into an i5/r5

actually you can leave windows 10 deactivated, not much of a difference other than a watermark telling you to activate windows.
