The Max is only for OEM and System Integrators. So no RGB for DIYers. :(

It's from Anandtech, the whole thing don't make any sense.

Wraith Max is 95/125w. 125w model has RGB LED, so that means 95w don't have RGB? Is there 2 versions of the Wraith Max?

Then the slide states, Cooler boxed with Ryzen 7 processors, features RGB controlled LED.

These are iterative designs on the original, with minor tweaks and aesthetic changes, but the concept is still the same – a 65W near silent design (Stealth), a 95W near silent design (Spire), and a 95W/125W premium model (Max). The 125W models come with an RGB light (which can be disabled), however AMD has stated that the premium model is currently destined for OEM and SI designs only. The other two will be bundled with the CPUs or potentially be available at retail.
