Should i get the R7 1700X or R7 1700?

I not only plan to game,but i plan stream,and do video/photo/audio editing on this system.

 

I am still going to have to go with the  Asus Prime x370 Pro motherboard because it is the only board under $200 that has enough sata ports for me.

Since it seems to overclock like complete ass you might want to go for the 1700x for the higher clockrates.
